 Photo Card Specialists (PCS) was started in 1979 as a part time business by it's current co-owner, Terry Biddle. Terry, who was employed with the Eau Claire County Sheriff"s Department as a pilot and S.W.A.T. Commander (1974-1995), met an indivdual who had developed a process for creating full color photo business cards from a photograph. It appeared that this new and unique product would be an excellent tool that could be used by companies that provide service such as the towing and trucking industry. The photo business card would actually show the customer exactly what the company was capable of. In order to contact as many companies as possible, Terry traveled to tow shows and truck show across the United States during his off time with the sheriff's office. In 1986, Terry and his wife Linda purchased and incorporated the printing company. Within a few years they had outgrown the facility and moved production into a 12,000 square foot state of the art manufacturing facility. The company continued to grow and expand it's product line. These products include award and recognition products from it's sister company, Awards and More. PCS continues to sell it's products and services to companies from "across town to across the nation". The goal and commitment is the same now as it was in the beginning. To provide top quality photo business products for service orientated companies which, when given to their customer, will allow that customer to know immediately what type of service they will receive. The saying, "A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words", continues to ring as true today as it did years ago.
